TEXO attended the ground-breaking ceremony of CT1 high-rise apartment building – Thach Ban, Long Bien, Hanoi

 

In the morning of February 3, 2015, Representative of Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of CT1 apartment building, Thach Ban, Long Bien, Hanoi organized by Ministry of Defence Urban and Housing Development Investment Corporation (MDHI).

Thach Ban Military Housing Project invested by MDHI was built on the purpose of providing housing for soldiers of the Ministry of Defense. The project consists of 3 blocks of high-rise apartment buildings: CT2B, CT2A, CT1B and 114 townhouses.

CT1B luxury apartment / Thach Ban project is designed in a modern style with high-class materials and the most advanced construction technology. The project construction is complied with a strict process under the direct supervision of MDHI to ensure its quality.

With emergency exit system and high-speed elevator system, each apartment in CT1B apartment has standard fire-resistant capacity with enough time for rescue in case of incidents.

Facilities in the apartment complex include badminton courts, tennis courts, golf courses, gyms, spas and walkways, shopping malls, supermarkets, health centers, schools which can meet all needs of residents living here.
