Groundbreaking Ceremony for Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Project (Phase 1)
On May 14, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Project (Phase 1) was officially held in Hai Phong City as part of a series of events celebrating the major holidays in April and May, as well as the Hai Phong Red Flamboyant Festival 2026. The project is developed by Taseco Land, covering nearly 250 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 4 trillion.
Representatives of TEXO Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company attended the ceremony alongside city leaders, the project owner, partners, and participating contractors. TEXO is also serving as the project’s construction supervision consultant, working closely with the investor throughout the construction phase to help ensure the project’s quality, progress, and compliance with technical requirements.
Located in Bach Dang, Nam Trieu, and Hoa Binh wards, the Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park lies at the heart of the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone. The project enjoys a strategic location with convenient connectivity to Lach Huyen Deep-Sea Port, Cat Bi International Airport, and the key expressway network across Northern Vietnam.
According to the master plan, the industrial park is being developed as a modern industrial hub featuring synchronized technical infrastructure, with a strong focus on high-tech industries and sustainable environmental standards. Approximately 30% of the land area has been designated to attract high-tech manufacturing enterprises.
