SECURITY TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGY ACADEMY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

On July 28, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Security Technical and Technology Academy Construction Project was held in Hoa Lac Commune, Hanoi. As a key project of the Ministry of Public Security, the Academy is being developed to establish a modern, integrated educational institution capable of meeting the growing demand for high-quality human resources to serve the mission of safeguarding national security in the new era.

The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, along with leaders of the Ministry’s affiliated units, local authorities, and representatives of the organizations participating in the project.

The project is being developed as a key academy, following the vision of a smart campus with a modern technical infrastructure system. It is designed to accommodate approximately 3,500 students in Phase 1, while progressively developing into a leading center for scientific research and technological innovation within the People’s Public Security Force.
