History of Development

2008 to 2012

Founded in January 2008, former M/S Consultancy and Investment CONINCO Joint Stock Company, working under the CONINCO franchise system with the highlight of Supervision and Project Management Consultancy.

In the process of establishing and developing, the company continued to work in consultant fields: Verification, Inspection, Certificate for Quality of Construction, Consultant for Bid and Bidding Evaluation, etc.

2012 to Now

In October 2012, in order to implement the development policy in the new time, the company decided to change the name to M/S Consultancy and Investment TEXO Jsc, established Party, Youth Union and Trade Union directly under Ministry of Construction Agency as well as joined Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS), remained good co-operation with both local and international partners.

Up to now, TEXO has been gradually extending its activities and developing the administrational system of the company, establishing Consultant Centers  so as to actively perform the business as well as facilitate the employee development, and expand the market in Southern Vietnam.
