An Hung New Urban Area – Duong Noi, Ha Dong, Hanoi

Investment Corporation An Hung urban (investors) are accelerating the construction schedule of items of low-rise housing project An Hung new urban area, Ha Dong, Ha Noi strives to complete the project I/2012 quarter. Consultancy and Investment TEXO Joint Stock Company is selected to supply the Consultant Services for this Project.

The new urban has a total area of 29.45 ha, located in La Khe and Duong Noi, Ha Dong district, Hanoi.  An Hung new urban area will become one of the important architectural urban in the west of Hanoi, with a population of about 10,000 people. The total investment amount of the project is more than VND 20,000 billion.

This new urban area has a large-scale and is designed in sync with modern architecture. It includes 11 buildings with the heights ranging from 29 floors to 75 floors with such complexes of: trade center-services-offices-luxurious apartments; lowly-floored houses including villas, adjacent houses and other ancillary items. The new urban area is built with the application of advanced technology, information technology in the high buildings to better serve activities of humans.
