The roof-sealing Ceremony of the Citizen reception Office of the Party Central Committee and State

On May 19th, 2020, The Management Board of Construction Investment Projects (belonged to Government Inspectorate) organized the roof-sealing ceremony of the citizen reception offices of the Party Central Committee and the State in Hanoi. Deputy Inspector General Tran Ngoc Liem attended the ceremony.

The project of constructing the citizen reception office at 1 Ngo Thi Nham street, Ha Dong District, Hanoi is invested by the The Management Board of Construction Investment Projects (belonged to Government Inspectorate) . TEXO Joint Stock Company Consulting and Investment is the supervising consultant for the project.

The project includes the following items: one nine-floors building with 8,959.3 m2 area; one basement with ​​1,344 m2 area. It is located on an area of ​​2,865.5 m2 in which the construction area is 998.5 m2 and the total floor area of ​​10,303.3 m2 with a price of more than 95.393 billion from the state budget.

Other items should be mentioned such as security area, garage, power station, infrastructure, interior equipment …

The project started to be constructed on April 1, 2019. According to the plan, new headquarters will be put into use by the end of 2020. So far, all the construction works have ensured the quality and requirements of design documents.
