TEXO SUMMER RETREAT 2026 – United to Break Through

Amid the vibrant atmosphere of summer, from June 24 to June 26, 2026, TEXO Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company organized its Summer Retreat 2026 for all employees and their families in Ha Long – Lan Ha Bay.

The trip not only provided an opportunity for everyone to relax and recharge after a period of dedicated work, but also served as a valuable occasion for TEXO members to strengthen their bonds, foster the spirit of unity, and further build a strong and sustainable corporate culture.

A Journey Filled with Memorable Experiences

The journey began with a visit to the Quang Ninh Museum, an iconic architectural landmark of the province, home to a rich collection of the region’s historical, cultural, and natural heritage. The group then explored the coastal city of Ha Long and enjoyed relaxing moments with their families and colleagues.

A highlight of the program was the Gala Dinner, where everyone had the opportunity to look back on the company’s development journey, enjoy cultural performances, take part in team-building games, and share many meaningful moments together. Laughter, applause, and a strong spirit of teamwork created a warm and vibrant atmosphere, further strengthening the bonds among members of the TEXO family.

On the second day of the trip, the group enjoyed a luxury cruise aboard the Paradise Grand through the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay. Activities such as kayaking, sightseeing, savoring gourmet cuisine on board, and relaxing amid the pristine natural surroundings created unforgettable experiences, allowing everyone to recharge and fully appreciate the beauty of one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural heritage destinations.

Strengthening Our Unity – Ready for New Goals

The TEXO Summer Retreat 2026 was not only a well-deserved reward for the dedication and hard work of our employees over the past months, but also a reflection of the Management Board’s commitment to the well-being and morale of our workforce. The trip also provided an excellent opportunity for colleagues from different departments to connect, deepen mutual understanding, and strengthen collaboration in the workplace.
