TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE VIET DUNG ALUMINUM FINISHING MATERIALS MANUFACTURING PLANT PROJECT AT BA THIEN INDUSTRIAL PARK

On November 20, 2025, Viet Dung Aluminum Joint Stock Company, the project owner, held the topping-out ceremony for the project at Lot I5, Ba Thien Industrial Park – Subzone I, Binh Tuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province. The ceremony was attended by the design consultants, construction contractors, and TEXO Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company, which serves as the project’s Construction Supervision Consultant.

The Viet Dung Aluminum Finishing Materials Manufacturing Plant Project is being developed on a site covering more than 100,000 square meters, with a total construction area exceeding 59,000 square meters. The project includes 56,298 square meters of factory and production facilities, 2,728 square meters of administrative and service buildings, and 434.7 square meters of technical infrastructure facilities. In addition, the development features more than 20,600 square meters of roads and paved areas, as well as 20,046 square meters of landscaped green space.

The facility has been designed to meet Grade II construction standards, with Fire Resistance Classes II, III, and IV, and fully complies with all applicable technical regulations and construction standards currently in force.

According to the assessment of TEXO Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company, the Construction Supervision Consultant, during the period from October 21 to November 20, 2025, the construction works were carried out in accordance with the approved design documents, and the contractor ensured compliance with construction methods and occupational safety requirements. The capabilities of the contractors were consistent with their bid documents and construction contracts.

The completion of the topping-out ceremony marks an important milestone in the project schedule, creating a foundation for the transition to the finishing and equipment installation phase. A representative of the Project Owner stated that, once operational, the plant will contribute to enhancing the production capacity of aluminum finishing materials in Vietnam and make a positive contribution to the economic and industrial development of Phu Tho Province.
