Sam Son Sea Square Urban Area – Sun Grand Boulevard

Sun Grand Boulevard is a large-scale complex urban development comprising a world-class Commercial – Service – Resort – Entertainment complex, the first model urban area of Sam Son and Thanh Hoa. The project is part of the mega resort–urban complex developed by Sun Group in Sam Son, Thanh Hoa. With a total scale of 1,260 hectares, the Sun Group Sam Son mega-project is divided into multiple phases and subdivisions, offering a premium living and resort space.

Sun Grand Boulevard Square is located at beach D, right between Hubway No. 11 and 12, about 1 km from Sam Son Golf Course. It sits at the heart of Sam Son seaside city, with one side bordering Ho Xuan Huong coastal road and the other side connecting to the Do River coastal urban area.

TEXO Consultancy and Investment JSC is the supervision consultant for finishing works and MEP systems of Tower HH4A in the Sam Son Sea Square Urban Area – Sun Grand Boulevard project.

Tower HH4A consists of 20 above-ground floors with a construction floor area of 24,696 m², along with 2 basement levels (B1 & B2) totaling 5,188 m².

Tower HH4A is located at a prime position within Sun Grand Boulevard, close to the 120 m wide central boulevard and Sam Son Sea Square – one of the most modern sea squares in Vietnam today. This advantageous location ensures excellent accessibility and strong connectivity to surrounding amenities such as parks, entertainment areas, shopping centers, and the beach.
