Topping-Out Ceremony of HH02 Kepler Tower – A Significant Milestone Marking Outstanding Progress

On July 28, 2025, at the Kepler Tower project site (Ha Dong, Hanoi), the topping-out ceremony of HH02 Tower was solemnly and successfully held, marking an important milestone in the project’s construction journey. The event not only demonstrated the concerted efforts of all participating parties but also reflected a strong commitment to both progress and quality throughout the project.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, the Project Management Board, construction contractors, supervision consultants, as well as engineers, technical staff, and workers directly involved at the site. From the Investor’s side, participants included Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai – Chairman of the Board of Directors of TSG, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung – Deputy General Director of TSG, and Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh – Head of the Project Management Board. Representing the supervision consultant unit was Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung – Project Director, along with the team of supervising engineers working directly on site.

The early topping-out of HH02 Tower, ahead of schedule, is the result of seamless coordination and the professional, responsible working spirit of the Investor, Supervision Consultant, and Contractors. From the very first days, all construction items were implemented with scientific methods, strict adherence to technical standards, safety, and quality, ensuring the project remained on track.

Speaking at the event, the Investor’s representative expressed gratitude to all project participants and highly appreciated the effective collaboration among parties throughout the construction process. The early topping-out not only signifies a technical achievement but also demonstrates the Investor’s strong commitment to executing the project on schedule, contributing to making Kepler Tower an iconic living space in the western area of Hanoi.
