TEXO attended Construction Industry’s Sports Award

 

On April 14th, 2018, TEXO’s sports team attended Construction Industry’s Sports Award organised by Ministry of Construction & Vietnam Construction Trade Union in Hanoi. This event was in the series of activities launched by Ministry of Construction to celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Traditional Day of Construction (04/29/1958-04/29/2018).

In the Opening Ceremony, Vice Minister of Construction Nguyen Quang Hung expressed : ” In order to practice regularly to stay healthy according to Uncle Ho’s advice, Sports Movements have always being been developing intensively over the years. This year’s Sports Award is not only for practicing to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it is also an opportunity for individuals from different collectives to extend relationships, intensify solidarity among officials of each organization, so all of which contribute to the spritual lives of officials, build a cultural environment so as to enhance the quality and accomplish all the missions in 2018.”

This year’s Sports Award had 03 subjects: Badminton, Football and Tennis. There were 47 teams from different units with 1000 athletes attending this event. TEXO’s team enthusiastically attended 02 subjects: male football and badminton.

These sports activities help officials have relaxed time after hard-working hours, and also allow personnels to extend relationships, make friends and build strong sports spirit, solidarity among people in the same company. In the future, TEXO concentrates more on sports as well as other spiritual activities movement in order to lead the image of TEXO as an energetic collective which can do well in both business and all collective activities.
