The Project of Renovating and Rebuilding Blocks A, B, C at Dong Da Apartment Complex (Hue Heritage) – Phu Nhuan, Hue City

This project involves the renovation and reconstruction of Blocks A, B, and C within the Dong Da Apartment Complex (Hue Heritage) located in Phu Nhuan, Hue City. The goal is to enhance the quality of the housing, improve living conditions, and upgrade the infrastructure, bringing new life to the area while maintaining the heritage and architectural significance of Hue.

On December 29, 2024, the renovation and reconstruction project of Blocks A, B, and C at the Dong Da Apartment Complex (Hue Heritage) in Phu Nhuan Ward, Hue City, was officially launched. This event was held to celebrate the announcement of the National Assembly’s Resolution on the establishment of Hue City as a centrally-managed city. The project is invested by Dong Da Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, with TEXO responsible for providing consulting and supervision services.

The delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by leaders from both central and local authorities, including: Mr. Nguyen Văn Sinh, Deputy Minister of Construction; Mr. Ngo Nam Cuong, Deputy Commander of Military Zone 4; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Director of the High-Level People’s Procuracy in Hanoi; Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; provincial leaders, representatives from various departments and agencies, the investor, construction contractors, and the residents of Blocks A, B, and C of the Dong Da Apartment Complex.

Hue Heritage is a project aimed at renovating and rebuilding Blocks A, B, and C of the Dong Da Apartment Complex in Phu Nhuan Ward, Hue City. Located in a “diamond” position, the project promises to create a high-end apartment complex in the heart of the city. The project has a total investment of about VND 1,300 billion, covering an area of 8,664 m² with 3 basement floors, 25 upper floors, and 669 apartments. The plan includes on-site resettlement for 161 households, with a construction timeline of up to 36 months.

In his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Hoàng Hải Minh, emphasized that the renovation and reconstruction project of Blocks A, B, and C at the Dong Da Apartment Complex is part of a series of events marking the announcement of Hue City becoming a centrally-managed city. He highlighted the significant importance of the project, calling it one of the key developments in the urban planning process aimed at improving the quality of life for residents. Once completed, the project will provide a new, safe, and modern living space that meets the needs of residents, shaping a more prosperous urban landscape, fostering a civilized and community-friendly living environment, and contributing to the city’s sustainable development.
