TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE CENTRAL ACADEMIC BUILDING AT THUONG MAI UNIVERSITY

Last week, the Central Academic Building project at Thuong Mai University successfully completed its topping-out ceremony, marking a significant milestone in the construction process and paving the way for the next phase of finishing and commissioning works.

Accordingly, TEXO Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company is involved in the project as the Construction Supervision Consultant, responsible for overseeing quality control, construction progress, and occupational safety on site. A representative of TEXO stated that the supervision team has maintained a continuous presence on site, working closely with the design consultants and contractors to ensure that all project components are executed in full compliance with technical standards and professional regulations.

The topping-out ceremony not only signifies the completion of the building’s main structural framework but also reflects the coordinated efforts and close collaboration among all parties involved in the project.
